Backup is now optional on classes

* Removed unused BackUp method on EntityBase
* Added overridable InSceneBackup property on SceneObjectGroup
* Refactored out AttachToBackup and DetachFromBackup
* Normalized namespace OpenSim.DataStore.MonoSqliteStorage to OpenSim.DataStore.MonoSqlite
