Beginning to change all handler000 through handler094

to more meaningful names starting from the end and 
working backwards.
handler094 -> handlerRequestAsset
handler093 -> handlerPacketStats
handler092 -> handlerGodKickUser
handler091 -> handlerUpdatePrimGroupRotation
handler090 -> handlerUpdatePrimRotation
