Make llGetLinkPrimitiveParams() and llGetPrimitiveParams() work for avatars in a linkset.

llGetPrimitiveParams() works through PRIM_LINK_TARGET
Setting via llSetLinkPrimitiveParams(), etc. not yet implemented
