Updated OpenSim-as-addin version from 0.5 to 0.8.1. The addin version number doesn't need to match the release version number, but I think it's a very good idea that they do.

Add the Mono AddinDependency attribute to the example region modules.
...
It turns out this is required to get Mono.Addins to pick up plugin DLLs

Deleted OptionalModules.addin.xml. Added AssemblyInfo.cs for that dll.

Make the "All Estates" option work from the client (this makes chosen changes to all the estates that the user owns).
...
This applies to adding/removing estate users, groups, managers and bans.
This is the application of the AllEstates_0.5.patch from http://opensimulator.org/mantis/view.php?id=5420
