MW	320fbcb7b4	Made a base class from the Grid mode UserServer.UserManager and included that in the OpenSim solution. ... Included OpenGrid.Framework.Data in the OpenSim solution (and OpenGrid.Framework.Data.DB4O). Changed OpenSim.LocalCommunications.LocalUserServices so that it inherits from the UserManagement Base class.
