This is required for the substitution of different HTTP servers or the newer HttpServer.dll without having to commit to a particular implementation. This is also required to write regression tests that involve the HTTP layer. diva	7a9c85526c	Pulled out HelloNeighbour into its own service, INeighbourService, which may get more functions as we go along. It's a very simple service and service connectors, and it served primarily to establish the design of services that dependent on Scenes and that must always have a local connector.
