Major change in the way inventory is downloaded: added a method throughout IIventoryService that fetches sets of folders at once. Also added folder id in the InventoryCollection data structure, so that we don't need to go to inventory server again just for that. This reduces the chatter between sims and inventory server by... a lot. On my tests, this reduces initial inventory download down to 30% of what it currently is.

A pretty major restructuring of the simian method invocations in order to
...
service access capabilities. In conjunction with the corresponding Simian
updates, this enables explicit per-simulator capability-based access to
grid services. That enables grid owners to add or revoke access to the grid
on a simulator by simulator basis.

Remove unnecessary ability to directly set InventoryItemBase.CreatorIdAsUuid

This was necessary historically but hasn't been for many years.
Can still get CreatorIdAsUuid, which is really just a UUID cached version of the string CreatorId

Added creator info across the board -- TaskInventoryItems and InventoryItems themselves. Tested. Seems to be working, main tests pass. Nothing done for IARs or HG transfers yet -- this only works for OARs for the time being.

Simplify database setup and remove migration problems by moving all sqlite config-include settings to a separate file for standalone

Update information in StandaloneCommon.ini.example to reflect this
Remove ISharedRegionModule interfaces from all SimianGrid connector classes temporarily since this stopped standalone from working (due to absence of AssetURI settings, etc.).
Solution here may be to create separate region module connectors as done by local/grid/hypergrid so that loading can be controlled via include files
Or otherwise work out how to stop these modules from being loaded for all OpenSim invocations
