UbitUmarov 4df19ece53 framework main thread pool is always active and in use ( even id hard to catch) so show in on show stats. UbitUmarov 0b912b2acc Remove parcel_owner_is_god option. It is conceptually wrong and with 
limited use. Relevant parcel owners can just be made estate managers with better regions management logic
