Bug fix (HG): mantis #4891 . This doesn't actually fix the underlying bug, but it clears up the circular dependency issue between Gatekeeper and UserAgents that had made me resort to in-process remote calls, which, in turn, were hitting bugs down there somewhere in mono.

Changed the way HG client verification is done: now transforming local and LAN client IPs into external IPs. This addresses some issues related to running both the user agents service and the viewer in the same machine/LAN, which then presents a problem when the user agent goes to an external network.

The other half of the asset fix. Implement an exponentially incrementing retry timer for asset upload failures. Total queue time in the ballpark of 24 hours, which should be a reasonable time for any grid admin to get their asset service back online. This should stop lost assets.

Stop IGridService from throwing a fatal exception when an IPEndPoint cannot be resolved, and add some handlers to deal with this cleanly; a condition was observed on OSGrid where a neighbouring region with an invalid (unresolveable) hostname would prevent a region from starting. This is bad.

Fix to the scenario where we send an agent to a neighbouring sim (via teleport), then tell our neighbours to close the agents.. thereby disconnecting the user. Added a new CloseChildAgent method in lieu of CloseAgent. This has been a long standing problem - with any luck this will cure it.

This combination is working. It all points to not being able to use 127.0.0.1/localhost in testing HG situations. The login server must have the LAN IP address, and the regions must show ExternalHostname as SYSTEMIP. Working, but this needs more testing.

GridUserService in place. Replaces the contrived concept of storing user's home and position info in the presence service. WARNING: I violated a taboo by deleting 2 migration files and simplifying the original table creation for Presence. This should not cause any problems to anyone, though. Things will work with the new simplified table, as well as with the previous contrived one. If there are any problems, solving them is as easy as dropping the presence table and deleting its row in the migrations table. The presence info only exists during a user's session anyway.

BTW, the Meshing files want to be committed too -- EOFs.

Update information in StandaloneCommon.ini.example to reflect this
Remove ISharedRegionModule interfaces from all SimianGrid connector classes temporarily since this stopped standalone from working (due to absence of AssetURI settings, etc.).
Solution here may be to create separate region module connectors as done by local/grid/hypergrid so that loading can be controlled via include files
Or otherwise work out how to stop these modules from being loaded for all OpenSim invocations

This resolves the problem where eyes and hair would turn white on standalone configurations
When a client receives body part information, for some insane reason or other it always ends up uploading this back to the server and then immediately re-requesting it.
This should have been okay since we stored that asset in cache. However, the standalone asset service connector was not checking this cache properly, so every time the client made the request for the asset it has just loaded it would get a big fat null back in the face, causing it to make clothes and hair white.
This bug did not affect grids since they use a different service connector.

Mark GetUserInventory as obsolete. It is still used in the default

avatars module and in the REST inventory service, but future inventory
services and/or connector will not include this method anymore, because
it is dangerous on large inventory servers. Marking as obsolete to give
an incentive to rewrite these services to use the recursive fetching
or more targeted retrieval.

Changed RemoteAuthorizationServiceConnector so that it implements the IAuthorization interface method isAuthorizedForRegion looks up user and region data and delegates the remote authorization check to the AuthorizationServiceConnector
...
This keeps the IAuthorization as clean as possible and moves the dependency of using a UserProfileData object out to the connector from the scene.

Makes the inventory connectors fully compatible with the old Grid.InventoryServer.

WARNING: interacting with the old server is _much_ slower than interacting with the new one. Grids with the old server will not see any improvements on crossings and TPs, because inventory needs to be fetched from it in its entirety.

Added MoveItems, which is most useful upon viewer-delete inventory operation. Moving a batch of items is a 1-time operation. Made it async anyway, so that the viewer doesn't wait in case the DB layer is dumb (which is the case currently).

Patch from RemedyTomm: A failed inventory request would block any further

This patch changes the block on further requests to be in line with the

Changed the inventory service so that is uses exactly one DB plugin, not many. The composition of plugins can be done at the service and connector levels.
...
This fixes the unit tests that were failing yesterday, but I'm not committing those yet, because I'm seeing 2 of those tests having pass and fail outcomes randomly which suggests that the tests are buggy.

First draft of inventory service connectors, and service implementation. No handlers yet, this is just the OUT part for now. It's not active and nothing in the simulator uses this yet. Just checking it in to start sharing with others. There are a couple of interesting software design points that could use other devs opinions.

Making the delegate handlers async in async Get, to make things consistent. Them being synchronous in certain cases (asset in cache, for example) may account for slowness reported by folks in osgrid when they have the cache module on. Turns out that some of the provided handlers do non-trivial processing (the ones coming from J2KImage, for example), which means that the several asset requests that hit the cache end up being synchronous. The jury is still out on this.

This should make HG asset transfers work much better. It now uses HGUuidGatherer, which is a subclass of UuidGatherer. Hence, on-line HG asset transfers use exactly the same UUID collection code as save oar/xml. If it doesn't work, it's Justin's fault :D
